Numerado

From each edition, 50% is reserved to blend with the next, in a continuous cycle. This means that today, more than 30 years of vintages coexist in every glass of Numerado. The first wine from 1992 is still present. We are the only winery in Chile that makes a wine inspired by the traditional solera system. A single bottle. All of Chile's most renowned valleys within it. The ultimate expression of each terroir, brought together in one place for the first and only time. It doesn't simply age; it accumulates history. And like everything that is truly free, you never know exactly what awaits you.

Caballo Loco No. 21

Multi-Harvest Assembly — Chile

Origin

The 21st Edition explores the breadth and richness of Chilean viticultural diversity: Limarí contributes a distinctive Syrah, Maipo the birthplace of a highly expressive Cabernet Sauvignon, Colchagua the finest Carménère, and Curicó an elegant Cabernet Franc. The dryland interior of Maule takes center stage with Carignan and Garnacha. A blend of 29 vintages and 10 varieties: a complexity and tension never before seen at the winery.

Vinification

The process begins by reserving half of Edition No. 20, as is tradition at the winery. To enhance the subtleties of this already complex wine, the aging process combines foudres, French oak barrels, and stainless steel, closely following the solera method: the unblended wines are aged separately for two to four years before being incorporated into a final edition. The blending process takes an average of 18 months.
