Caballo Loco N° 19, a compilation of vintages from 1992 to 2018, is a blend of 28 wines that have been carefully aged for over two decades. The aim of this extended aging process is to create an elegant wine with complexity and grace; the blend of vintages allows for the exploration of the nuances of aging combined with the differences between vineyards, providing the opportunity to create a unique experience.

Hand-harvested and destemmed, fermented in open fermenters for 10 days for gentle extraction. Post-fermentation maceration for 21 days.
